Most of you know that I got banged last night, and some of you requested I send you pictures. I'm sorry to say that the only person I sent a picture to was Shay - she has disappeared from Blogland and she broke up with Facebook yesterday, too. So, I have to send her daily pictures of myself to make sure she still remembers my face, you know?
I also sent the picture to Sam, since she decided to be real cool and move away. Yes, she moved in August. No, I'm not over it yet.
I figured I would take a photo of myself while I was getting my hair done. That seems simple enough, right?
Wrong.
When I got home, I tried again. This didn't seem right either...
Nothing says, "Get a life!" like a selfie in your bathroom. Also, those glasses are fake. I swear I wear real glasses, but I'm going to be getting different frames and I think I want ones like that look like these. What do you think?
At this point, it was late and I was getting hangry (hungry + angry). I decided to snack on Nico.
What's your recipe for the perfect selfie? Narcissism + alcohol? Kidding! But seriously.
hahahha. i always feel awkward takings selfies, but having a blog i feel like its necessary for people to know what you look like. alcohol usually helps. you look awesome, poor nico, and i love those frames- get them :)

Love them! I had full bangs last year and I was a total lazy asshole and clipped them back every day so I didn't have to style them. This is why I'm not allowed to have bangs anymore.

hahaha i love a good bathroom selfie. also i kind of hate the word "selfie" but it seems to have taken off in the blog world. i love taking pics of myself in the mirror at my hair dresser bc the mirror goes halfway to the floor and it looks like the person on the other side's legs are yours. i love a good optical illusion, also they are almost always wearing heinous shoes, so that just adds to the fun. love your bangs, they look great!

ReplyDeleteI'm with Shannon, I got bangs a few weeks ago and I pin them back every day. bangs are always a mistake with me. I never seem to remember that. I always think "it'll be different this time". No.
Also, selfies make me uncomfortable too. I've only had a couple successful ones, I don't know the magic trick obviously. Maybe I should check back to see if anyone leaves any helpful tips.
